Charlotte & Elias - A Romantic Destination Wedding in Sifnos
G R E E C E / Sifnos
Charlotte and Elias chose the beautiful Cycladic island of Sifnos for their destination wedding in Greece, exchanging vows at the iconic Chrisopigi Monastery before celebrating at Lazarou Beach — bringing together the natural beauty of the Aegean, the timeless character of the Greek islands and the people they love most.
Their ceremony took place at Chrisopigi Monastery, the whitewashed chapel perched on its rocky outcrop above the sea — one of the most recognisable settings in the Cyclades — before the celebration continued at Lazarou Beach, right on the water as the evening went on.
Their wedding day was an intimate celebration filled with genuine emotion, beautiful details and unforgettable moments. From the anticipation and quiet moments before the ceremony to the celebrations that followed, every part of their day became part of their story.
Wedding Photography & Videography in Sifnos
Sifnos is an exceptional destination for couples looking for a wedding in Greece that feels intimate, authentic and effortlessly beautiful.
The island combines traditional Cycladic architecture, whitewashed villages, beautiful churches, Aegean views and the distinctive light of the Greek islands. Its relaxed atmosphere makes it particularly suited to destination weddings where the celebration is as much about spending time together as it is about the wedding day itself.
Two locations that capture this particularly well are Chrisopigi Monastery (also spelled Chrysopigi) — the whitewashed chapel connected to the mainland by a narrow stone bridge — and Lazarou Beach, a sheltered cove nearby that's become one of the island's most sought-after wedding venues, as seen in Charlotte and Elias' wedding above.
For us, photographing and filming a wedding in Sifnos means allowing the island to become part of the story.
The white houses, winding village streets, blue Aegean sea, warm evening light and quiet landscapes naturally create a cinematic setting, while the real focus remains on the couple and the people around them.
Our approach to wedding photography and wedding videography is documentary and cinematic. We look for genuine interactions, spontaneous emotions and meaningful details rather than creating a series of heavily posed moments.
The result is a wedding gallery and wedding film that feels personal, natural and connected to the experience of the day.
