ANDROS,
LOVE UNDER
THE AEGEAN SUN

A Romantic Beach Wedding at Agios Kyprianos and Kalyva Beach Bar

Lydia and Nicolas chose the Cycladic island of Andros for their destination wedding in Greece, creating a celebration surrounded by the Aegean Sea, beautiful natural landscapes and the people closest to them.

Their ceremony took place at Agios Kyprianos, a small seaside chapel set right above its own beach on the island's west coast, before the celebration continued nearby at Kalyva Beach Bar in Agios Petros — with photography by Yuliya Skya.

Their wedding film captures the relaxed and intimate atmosphere of their day, from the anticipation before the ceremony to the celebration that followed.

Set against the natural beauty of Andros, their wedding was a beautiful example of how a Greek island destination wedding can feel both effortless and deeply personal.

As destination wedding videographers in Greece, our aim was to preserve the atmosphere of the day as naturally as possible — the emotions, the movement, the landscape and all the spontaneous moments that made Lydia and Nicolas' celebration unique.

Wedding Photography & Videography in Andros, Greece

A Cinematic Wedding Film in Andros

Our approach to wedding videography is documentary, emotional and cinematic.

We look for the moments that cannot be recreated — a glance between two people, the reaction of a parent, friends laughing together, the atmosphere immediately before the ceremony or the energy of the celebration once everyone has relaxed. These are the moments that, years later, mean far more than any posed shot ever could — because they can't be repeated, staged, or asked for twice.

At the same time, we want the destination itself to be part of the film.

Andros is one of the greener, more understated islands of the Cyclades — less crowded than Santorini or Mykonos, with a quieter, more authentic character. Its coastline moves between dramatic cliffs and hidden coves, its villages carry a distinct Cycladic charm without feeling overly polished for tourism, and the quality of light across the Aegean gives every hour of the day its own mood. For a beach wedding in Andros, that means incorporating the sea, the shifting evening light, the sound of the waves and the raw, natural texture of the island's coastline into the visual story — not as a backdrop, but as something the couple's day genuinely moves through.

We shoot the way the day actually unfolds — the quiet build-up before the ceremony, the walk to the water's edge, the first look, the vows exchanged with the Aegean behind them, and the celebration that follows once the formality of the ceremony gives way to something looser and more joyful. Each of these moments has its own rhythm and its own light, and we try to let the film breathe with them rather than forcing a single visual tone across the whole day.

The result is not simply a recording of the wedding.

It is a cinematic memory of the place, the people and the feeling of being there — something the couple can return to and feel, again, what that particular evening in Andros was actually like.
